NOAA's Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management, in partnership with the Coastal States Organization and the National Estuarine Research Reserve Association, hosted the annual Ocean and Coastal Program Managers’ Meeting on February 28-March 3, 2011, in downtown Washington, D.C.

The meeting brought  together coastal and estuarine managers from states, territories, and commonwealths from across the nation and provides a forum for discussion with their federal counterparts on emerging issues in ocean and coastal resource management.
