2007 CELCP Projects

For FY 2007, Congress directed National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to develop a list of projects that are ready and eligible for CELCP funding. NOAA requested pre-proposals for this national competition and submitted the vetted list of projects, as requested.

Based on availability of CELCP funding in FY 2007, NOAA was able to select projects from that list. NOAA chose and announced the list of competitively-ranked projects that will be funded pending completion of NOAA’s grant application and review process. NOAA also maintains a contingency list of projects in the event that a selected project cannot be completed.

Selected applicants must submit a final grant application to NOAA to receive funds. The For Recipients page explains how to apply for the funds, what information must be submitted and special award conditions that apply to these funds.
